The workshop with two sessions of 60 min will take place as part of the Clima 2022 conference in Rotterdam. The results of the workshop will be compiled in a white paper addressing the question: “How to accelerate continuous professional development in the European HVAC sector?”. The two sessions will be focused on (1) Sharing experiences with learning and education in the HVAC sector; and (2) Shaping the future: towards a blueprint for professional continuous education.
